Medical vacuum
Granzow develops medical vacuum systems for hospitals.
They can be used for suction on hospital wards, in operating theatres and for equipment.
They should NOT be confused with anaesthetic suction, diathermy suction or laboratory vacuum solutions.
What are the demands?
- Operational reliability – human lives are at stake!
- Sufficient capacity: 3 vacuum pumps required. One should be able to provide full capacity.
- Must be able to assure that the pressure at full load is max. 600 hPa.
- Provide optimal operational economy, through energy consumption, too.
- Must allow servicing during operation (shut-off of pumps, filters, etc.)
- Monitored, with alarm functions
- Fitted with double bacteriological filters.
ISO 7396-1 and HTM 02 certifications.
